Who is Aunty Noray?

Aunty Noray is not a made up fictitious character, Aunty Noray was our vivacious, caring mother who took pride in her authentic cooking methods and loved nothing more than feeding her friends and family.

Her generous nature, combined with her infectious laugh resulted in Aunty Noray being a popular community member. Aunty Noray was known for her delicious homemade pastries, pies and snacks. You didn’t go home hungry no matter what time you popped in!

This is our tribute to our dear mother.
